CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Cancellation Policy = 24 hours. We have a Cancellation Policy because Axis Therapeutics is committed to helping you achieve your goals. The team endeavors to deliver a consistent member experience with first-class care. To ensure your goals are being met, our Cancellation Policy is here to accommodate your preferred times when booking your appointments so that Axis Therapeutics can deliver your care plan uninterrupted. We have a 24hr cancellation policy, however, we understand that things do come up. Exceptions can be made on a case-to-case basis, please contact us to discuss further.
The team at Axis Therapeutics does not want to charge anyone, but ultimately this policy is in place to protect and respect the Practitioner’s time and yours, and we hope that by clearly stating our expectations, we won’t have to.
A cancellation fee will be applied to all appointments that are missed/”no-show” or a late cancellation occurs within 24 hours-notice (this is also posted on our website and in the box you checked in your Intake Forms for your convenience).
1st Late Cancellation < 24 Hours/ No Show: Fee Waived.

2nd Late Cancellation < 24 Hours/ No Show: 60% OF TREATMENT PRICE OWED

3rd+ Late Cancellation < 24 Hours/ No Show: 100% OF TREATMENT PRICE OWED

Rebooking will not be permitted until cancellation fee has been paid.
Every member will be granted one complimentary late cancellation or no-show without charge, as a courtesy, no rationale needed. After which, the cancellation policy will occur to all cancellations/no-shows following.
